We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.  We will use your email address to email you your booking confirmation and other related information regarding your booking such as activities/events occurring during your stay.

The information that we collect will be used to contact or identify you but for no other purpose and will never be shared externally.

This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Data Storage

All data is stored within our third-party booking system called CampManager, (provided by Campstead); the data is stored on servers located in a secure UK data centre which complies with the ISO 27001 information security standard. All CampManager data is transferred securely over SSL (Secure Sockets
Layer) 256-bit encryption. All data and customer data is encrypted and transmitted securely.

Log Data

We want to inform you that whenever you visit our website, we collect information that your browser sends to us that is called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your computer’s Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, browser version, pages of our website that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, and other statistics.
